Dr. Gloria Wong

Buddhist Psychologist and Meditation Practitioner

Gloria is a psychologist who integrates evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and compassion to support personal growth and healing. She holds a Doctorate and Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, a Master of Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Social Sciences in Counselling from the University of South Australia.


Trained in Buddhist Chaplaincy at Upaya Zen Center, she works with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Gloria views therapy as a collaborative journey toward resilience, clarity, and well-being, fostering balance across mind, body, and spirit.

Phoebe Wong

Singing Bowl Practitioner

Phoebe is a holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to helping clients find balance and harmony through mind, body, and spirit. A Registered Hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists, she supports personal growth, stress management, and positive change through hypnotherapy. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Yoga Teacher and trained Singing Bowl Practitioner, Phoebe offers mindful movement and sound healing sessions that restore inner peace. Backed by a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Michigan–Dearborn and a Bachelor’s in Social Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, she brings both insight and compassion to each client’s wellness journey.
